1. Eligibility

2. Products

ClubWallen Store offers apparel, accessories, collectibles, and event tickets.

All product descriptions, images, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to:

• Reject or cancel any order.
• Limit quantities purchased.
• Refuse service where fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.

If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency. We accept payment through approved payment providers. Taxes, shipping charges, and applicable fees are calculated during checkout.

5. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Courier services
• Customs inspections
• Weather conditions
• Force majeure events

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package has been handed to the shipping carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

Merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery if it is unused, original tags remain attached, and it is in its original packaging.

The following items are non-refundable:

• Digital products
• Downloadable content
• Gift cards
• Personalized items
• Event tickets (unless required by law or an event is cancelled)

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.

7. Ticket Purchases

Tickets purchased through ClubWallen Store are subject to availability. Tickets may not be duplicated, resold without authorization, altered, or transferred where prohibited. Lost or stolen tickets may not be replaced.

If an event is cancelled by the organizer, refunds will follow the organizer's refund policy. ClubWallen Store is not responsible for venue changes, artist schedule changes, postponements, or cancellations beyond our control.

8. Intellectual Property

All logos, graphics, website content, designs, product images, trademarks, and branding are the exclusive property of ClubWallen Store or their respective owners. No content may be copied or reproduced without written permission.

Disclaimer: ClubWallen Store is an independent merchandise retailer unless expressly stated otherwise. Any references to Morgan Wallen or related trademarks belong to their respective owners.

9. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and notify us immediately of any unauthorized account activity.

10. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Interfere with website security
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Distribute malware
• Use automated bots without permission
• Violate applicable laws

Violation may result in immediate account termination.
